Brazilian Sugar. Polish Potato. French Wheat. Three vodkas all together!

What fun was that?! Our friends that regulate such things used to demand that all vodkas were “to be without distinctive character, aroma, taste, or color,” which led to many vodkas tasting a lot alike. A few years, ago our friends expanded their definition of vodka, which allows Innovators (or, in our case, Spirit Benders™) to focus on something truly unique in the space. Simply put, that led to our Continental Vodka.

Our goal was to make a vodka that could be enjoyed straight, at room temperature, or with a bit of a chill. What makes it enjoyable? Taste, mouth feel, palate depth, and finish. Frankly, if you’re going to mix it with a bunch of juices and add big flavors this might not be your vodka. However, if you’re a straight vodka, vodka with a cube, or martini kind of vodka drinker, there may not be a better choice. Brazilian Sugar vodka, French Wheat vodka, and Polish Potato vodka all meld together in specific proportions. We slowly brought the proof to a perfect 80 under slow proofing, which leads to a gentle finish and helps the beauty of each vodka harmonize into this beautifully finished final product.

DISTINCTIVE TASTING NOTES

The Brazilian Sugar portion brings a front-of-mouth sweetness immediately upon tasting. The French Wheat plays across the mid-pallet gently with a touch of grain, and the Polish Potato gives a long-lasting finish that we haven’t found anywhere else. We could have picked just one of these lovely vodkas to stand alone but found that they clearly live better together.
